At Grya Prints, we create every product with care, and your happiness is our top priority. Our return process is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. As a print-on-demand business, all our products are made-to-order, and this policy outlines the steps for a smooth return, whether you're shopping from the U.S., Spain, or the U.K.


Our Return & Refund Policy

 

🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item meets these criteria:

Damaged, defective, or misprinted: The product arrived in poor condition or was significantly different from your order.

Non-personalized items: You changed your mind about a non-customized product.

Timeframe: Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and you must have proof of purchase.

Note: Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.


📝 How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at returns@gryaprints.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your: Order number, item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.

  3. Attach photos of the issue.

  4. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.


📦 Return Shipping Costs

Our error: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Your choice: For other eligible returns (e.g., “change of mind”), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.


💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, production begins and we can no longer accept cancellations.
